“Women Energize Women” Conference 2023
warmly invites experts from the renewable energy sector from across the globe to travel to Munich (Germany) for the chance to participate and be inspired by an exciting program around urgend energy issues from a gender sensitive perspective. The discussion rounds, workshops and other formats take into spotlight the female perspective on current challenges in the energy sector.
This one-day conference deals with the pressing energy transition issues across the world by looking at them from a female perspective and actively involving female change makers. It facilitates professional networks and mentoring opportunities for women in the energy transition.
The "Women Energize Women" Conference is a project of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the German Renewable Energy Federation (BEE) and the German Solar Association (BSW Solar) within the scope of BMWK’s global project Bilateral Energy Partnerships and Dialogues.
The goal of “Women Energize Women” is to inform, mobilize, inspire and connect women around the world who work for the energy transition.
