Opportunities for Female Cooperation between African States and Germany

This event serves to facilitate exchange with representatives of politics and business from numerous countries, discuss possible cooperation opportunities and the role of women in the energy sector. It allows for dialogue between women from all across the globe, new connections to thrive and inspiring insights into different energy systems.

Online participants will have the opportunity to ask their questions to the panellists via chat. The names of the speakers will be announced soon.

The "Women Energize Women" campaign aims to motivate, inspire, empower and connect women who are active in the global energy sector. "Women Energize Women" (#womenenergize) is a communication initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). It is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the German Renewable Energy Federation (BEE) within the scope of BMWK’s global project Bilateral Energy Partnerships.
