An exclusive Evening as Part of VieVinum 2026
VieVinum will once again turn Vienna into the center of Austrian wine culture from May 16–18, 2026.
On Sunday evening, May 17, 2026, we invite you to join an exclusive format that goes far beyond the trade fair itself.
6 Guests. 2 Winemakers. 1 Shared Table.
After an inspiring day at the fair, six selected guests and two winemakers will come together to spend the evening in a carefully chosen restaurant in Vienna or its surroundings.
Two wineries will present their wines alongside a multi-course dinner. The focus is on exchange, insight into origin and craftsmanship. And on the rare opportunity to spend meaningful time with the personalities behind the wines.

Dinner including wine pairing is fully complimentary for invited participants.

How Registration Works

Submit your binding registration for the format. As places are strictly limited, registration is required and is exclusively open to trade visitors of VieVinum 2026. - Prioritize Your Preferred Dinners
In the next step, you will select the dinners you are most interested in and rank them from priority 1 to 3.
In advance, you will clearly see which wineries you would be spending the evening with. - Internal Review & Final Confirmation
After the registration period closes, all applications will be reviewed internally and places will be allocated accordingly.
You will then receive a final confirmation or regret notice.

- The specific restaurant is not beeing announced in advance.
- Allergies or dietary requirements can be indicated during registration.
- There is no legal entitlement to participation or invitation.
